Dyna Masters Inc. uses state-of-the-art Mastercam 2019 CAD/CAM software to design your parts. The design is then converted into numbers which form the coordinates of a graph that controls the equipment used in the machining process. Pieces are manufactured using the latest in vertical and horizontal machining centers.

CNC, or “computer numerical control,” machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of a complex array of factory tools and equipment. CNC machining is used to complete complicated, three-dimensional cutting tasks with a single set of prompts.
Vertical Machining relies on rotary cutters to remove material from the production piece by employing a spindle with a vertical orientation. Here, the tools will stick straight down from the tool holder and usually cut across the top of the workpiece. Dyna Masters Inc. employs the following vertical machining equipment:

HORIZONTAL CNC MACHINING
Horizontal Machining relies on rotary cutters to remove material from the production piece by employing a spindle that is parallel to the ground floor. The differences between vertical and horizontal machining include column structure, machine operation, spindle structure and processing orientation.
